Ben H. Allen is an American Grammy Award-winning record producer, mixer and songwriter, based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. He has produced and mixed records by artists such as Walk the Moon, Animal Collective, Gnarls Barkley, Kaiser Chiefs, Cut Copy, Washed Out, MIA, Neon Indian, Magic Gang, The Big Moon, Bombay Bicycle Club and many more.

Ben Etter has been a fixture at Maze over the last decade. Engineering, production and mixing credits include both well-established artists such as Deerhunter, Cate Le Bon, Hazel English or Washed Out as well as independent artists from Atlanta and around the world. Originally from the Swiss mountains, he migrated to Atlanta, GA to focus completely on making records after spending years as an international recording and touring artist himself. Ben cares about meaningful songs and performances more than anything else and is always all-in on the right project, no matter the size or budget.

Tomás Uribe

Colombian American Engineer/Producer and multi-instrumentalist Tomás Uribe has been a staple of the Atlanta and Athens music scene over the past decade. With talents such as songwriting, mixing and production, he’s worked on many records over the years in genres from hip hop to psych rock to jazz. Tomás has had credits with artists such as Flamingods, Magic Giant, Childhood, Kevin Day and many more local Atlanta and worldwide artists. While being a studio engineer, Tomás has had success as a Front of House and Monitor engineer for many venues across Atlanta such as the Masquerade and 529, engineering for artists like The Nude Party, Weekend Lovers, Nita Strauss, Sid, Noga Erez and many more.

Sophia Trautman

Atlanta based LGBTQ musician and Audio Engineer, Sophia Trautman is a recent graduate from the Music Production and Keyboard performance programs at the Atlanta Institute of Music and Media. Before her graduation,  she achieved becoming a regular engineer at venues like The Eastern, Terminal West, the Masquerade and Star Bar in Atlanta. Her prowess has allowed her to become a skillful engineer and collaborator in the studio as well. This has led her to engineer at Maze for artists such as The Strumbellas, Wiley From Atlanta, Josiah Soren, and many more. 

When working with clients, Sophia approaches every song, show, and moment with a curious and passionate mission to find the truth, message, and emotional conviction of their art and help them convey that with purpose.

Kegan Krogh has been making records for the better half of two decades. Whether that's engineering at Maze Studios, tracking guitars and bass at his home studio, or recording your next favorite band in their basement. He found his way to Maze in 2017 and in that time has worked with such bands as Bad Suns, Cut Copy, Childhood, Wild Moccasins, and more. When he’s not recording you can find him touring North America with his band, worlds greatest dad, playing guitars, synth, and lap steel.

Jason Kingsland

Annie Leeth

Annie Leeth is a producer and violinist based in Atlanta, Georgia. She left Richmond, Virginia to pursue an undergraduate degree in music at the University of Georgia, and found herself in the world of composition, production, and technology. In 2017, she began working at Chase Park Transduction as a session violinist and producer, as well as at the Georgia Theatre as a monitor engineer. Now working as a house engineer and studio manager at Maze Studios in Atlanta under Ben H. Allen, she continues to self-produce her own projects and participates as a session violinist to artists in both Athens and Atlanta.

TJ Elias

TJ Elias has been in the music business for over a decade starting out assisting one of rock music's most respected engineers, Nick DiDia (Rage Against The Machine & Dirty Honey). With DiDia he learned how to make a record from pre-production to mixing. Not long into working with Nick, building knowledge and gaining experience in world class studios, TJ also had the honor of working under world renown producers like Brendan O’Brien (Pearl Jam & Springsteen) and Ben H.
